The days of Gastronomic Heritage, organized every year by the Ibiza City Council, Pimeef and Sabors de Ibiza, celebrate their Edition 13 this 2026.
As usual, the idea is to offer you a series of High quality menus at an exceptional price, all of them inspired by the culinary culture of cities and countries declared Heritage by UNESCO.
2026 Gastronomic Heritage is celebrated February 23 to March 29, 2026.
The following restaurants participate in this edition (in brackets the place that inspires its thematic menu): Blavós (Cordova), Ebusus CBbC Restaurant (Mexico), Pacha Hotel Ibiza (Italia) The Argentine Cow (Argentina), Cafetería Pepe (Ibiza), Ca n'Alfredo (Ibiza), Pizzeria Nap (Italy), Bes Talamanca (international), Restaurante Pitiuso (Lyon), Pizzeria Alegría (Naples) and Can Mario (Argentina).
The menus have a fixed price of 30 euros (drinks not included), and include incoming, dish principal y dessert. Some restaurants serve them midday and other at night (you will find all the information below in the PDF program).

In addition, two interesting events are also being organized. traditional cooking workshops, taught by the cook and cooking teacher Marga Orell.
-March 20, 2026: Lenten cuisine, empanadas and cocarroisYou will learn to make vegetable cocarrois, the almost extinct fish version, and a traditional Ibizan empanada with gató (a fish very typical of the island).
-March 27, 2026: Easter Cuisine: The cuisine of the lamb. Various lamb dishes will be prepared to showcase its versatility and the importance of this species in Ibizan cuisine.
