Bámbola di Grosso Napoletano is the first certified gluten-free Neapolitan pizzeria of the island, and it is not just any place: it was born from the alliance between the hotel group Concept Hotel Group and the cracks of Grosso Napoletano, chosen as the best artisan pizza chain in the world by 50 Top Pizza.
Here everything is original and authenticFrom the dough, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, to the Italian ingredients brought straight from Naples. The wood-fired oven, classic recipes, and ambiance do the rest.
The premises are inside the hotel the happy ones, in Cala de Bou, a space retro-futuristic inspired by the pop design of the 70s with Californian touches and magazine aesthetics. Everything is designed so that every corner is photogenic, but without losing the essence: good food, good atmosphere and lots of personality.
The tableware, by the way, bears the artist's signature. Miranda Macaroff, and the menu includes other wonders such as the Pagesa pizza (with sobrasada and honey) or the Truffled Bianca, plus focaccias, carpaccios and Italian desserts which are pure vice.
The experience is so carefully curated that it doesn't feel like a simple dinner: it's like stepping into a Fellini film with a disco soundtrack and the scent of basil. And all this, on Monday nights, for less than 20 euros. In short: top-notch pizza, drinks, good vibes, and a movie set. Need I say more?
