The first gastronomic days start Eating in Ibiza, an initiative of Tourism Promotion with the collaboration of the Consell de Ibiza and Pimeef designed to support the restoration and the primary sector of Ibiza, promoting the consumption of kilometer 0 products.
The days are celebrated from the 15 from October to 20 from November from 2020 and in this first edition they participate 28 restaurants of the whole island.
The participating restaurants are (by municipalities):
-Ibiza: Sa Nansa, Ca n'Alfredo y Ibiza Nautical Club.
-San Antonio: Can Mussonet, Es Ventall, It's Rebost of Can Prats, Sant Antoni Grill y It is Nàutic Sant Antoni.
-Santa Eulalia: Es Jardins de Fruitera, Can Cosmi, Can Curreu, Celler of Can Pere, Ca n'Anneta, Estel, Can Caus, Oleoteca ses Escoles, Degusta Ibiza and Cas Gasí.
-Saint Joseph: Sa Caleta, ca na sofia, s'Espardell, It is Pla y wolfscraper.
-San Juan: The Boat House and Ca na Hathai.
In them you can taste, at different times, menus or rations for lunch or dinner for a very reduced price. The Menus they cost 25 euros without drinks and caps 7 euros, having a cane or wine included.
All the menus are made with local produce, but also in this first edition the organizers of Eating in Ibiza have established 3 mandatory ingredients: squid, some product of slaughter and almond for the dessert.
