Smoke, the gastronomic space located on the roof of Native Hotel Ibiza and led by the chef Alberto Bermejo, reopens its doors this season from Friday, May 24, 2024.
The restaurant proposes a return to the origins and with a primitive cuisine enriched with exotic touches a base seasonal local products.
Its name pays tribute to the smoke from grills with ancestral flavors, so it offers a wide grilled meat menu combined with exotic products such as banana leaves and corn preparations, as well as a varied selection of fish, shellfish, crustaceans and bivalves.
A culinary experience that is complemented by a “wild” cocktails based on tropical juices and combined with tequilas or piscos. They also have a careful wine list selected by the maître Mario González.
The warm and relaxed atmosphere, and a decoration inspired by nature, Humo also stands out for its strong commitment to sustainability.
