The Beach by Ushuaïa Ibiza, the exceptional beach restaurant of the famous musical hotel, faces the 2023 season with a gastronomic proposal completely renewed by the prestigious chef Roberto Ruiz.

The famous Mexican chef, the first of this nationality to receive a estrella Michelin in Europe thanks to his restaurant Punto MX in Madrid, he has collaborated with the kitchen team of The Beach by Ushuaïa Ibiza, under the baton of Ismael Fernandez Munoz, Executive Chef of all Ushuaïa restaurants, to bring new and delicious dishes that merge the flavors of the Mediterranean and the Pacific.

Enjoy on the beach sophisticated proposals that combine the best of these two worlds, ranging from more traditional recipes to innovative dishes.
