La professional gastronomy The island reunites for one of its key events: We Are Face Food Ibiza Celebrates his eighth edition reaffirming itself as the great meeting point between chefs, hoteliers, restaurateurs, producers and brands of the sector Hospitality.

Promoted by FaceFoodMag and Aneway ProjectsThe event maintains its international focus and its role as symbolic start of the gastronomic season in the Pitiusas Islands, combining training, analysis, trends and real connection among professionals.

As usual, this major professional gathering takes place in the beautiful gardens of Atzaró Agrotourism Hotel Ibiza, a perfect setting for an event that each year also serves as a barometer of the current state of island gastronomy and as a meeting point for those who build it from within.

This eighth edition is being held on Friday 13 of March of 2026In hours 11:00 to 18:00 hours.

As usual, there will be a lot of stands with culinary products and preparations of premium brandstalks, workshops, demonstrations and high-level presentations.

In addition, the following will be present at this edition: 7 Michelin Starsa whirlpool bath, Green Michelin Star and more than a dozen Repsol Suns. Of course, there will also be no shortage of specialized journalists and important businesspeople from the gastronomy sector.

We Are FaceFood 2026 Program

This year's program brings together some of the most prominent names in the culinary world. The activities begin at 11:45h with a table in which the following participate Andreu Genestra, Miguel Navarro,Óscar Molina (La Gaia, Ibiza Gran HotelIbiza, 1 Michelin star and 2 Repsol suns) and Alvaro Sanz (Es Tragón, Ibiza), Ibiza, under the title “Beyond the star: territory and responsibility".

A las 12:30h It will be the turn of Alexis Garcia, with the presentation “Innovation and creativity: testimony of an MMAPEAlready at 13:00 hours, Aitor Arregui will address “The product as a destination”, and the 13:30h will go on stage Nandu Jubany with "The entrepreneurial chef".

One of the central moments of the day will arrive at 14:00h with the intervention of Nacho Manzano, who stars in the talk “Three stars, one house".

Starting at 14:30h One of the most exciting parts of the match is coming up: the showcooking by Balfegó, which extends until the 15:15h and gathers Luis Rodríguez (Lío Ibiza), Josetxo Arrieta (Blue Marlin Ibiza), Alexander Todorov (OKU is bad) and Enrico Maimonte (Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay). Each will present a different preparation with Balfegó bluefin tuna as the common thread: from a tuna taco with cured wagyu beef jerky to proposals such as glazed tuna belly with ajoblanco and cherries, raw akami bluefin with pomegranate ponzu, pickled sambai daikon and smoked olive oil, or tuna belly with citrus and dehydrated miso.

Later, at 15:30hThe day also includes live music with Swingin tonic, before the Closing remarks and acknowledgments in charge of Jesús Trujillo at 17:30h.
