El Can Ventosa Auditorium It welcomes a very special proposal: «The sound of the prints", a concert that combines music, literature and emotion to draw a sound portrait of Ibiza through its landscapes, its customs and those everyday scenes that are part of the island's memory.
The stage is occupied by Ciutat d'Eivissa Symphony Orchestra (Ibiza City Symphony Orchestra), with the collaboration of the female choir Voices of the Freus, in a format that adds symphony orchestra, choir and narrator, going through the twelve months of the year based on the texts of the book «L'any en estampes», by Marià Villangómez, one of the essential figures of Ibizan literature.
Bells, market voices, prayers, wind, sea, or the joy of Carnival are transformed into music to create a kind of “Ibiza's "emotional calendar"poetic and very much our own.
The concert is directed by Miquel Angel Aguilo, the narration of Miquel Àngel Torrent and the participation of Isabel Albaladejo, co-director of the choir and vocal teacher.
The appointment is Sunday 25 2026 January at 18 pm.
