The Festivals of Sant Jordi, a town that is located in the municipality of San José, arrive like every spring to bring us a very varied program with street activities, animation, music, gastronomy and culture.
The festivities officially begin with the cau championship (traditional Ibizan game) on 9 Thursday of April and extend to the 2 May 2026 Saturday.
Among the most notable activities are the concerts of the Ressonators, la VI Sant Jordi Va de Frita, padel tournament, the V Storytelling Contacon3, a competition for Ibizan farm wine and herbsthe new party Sa Breix, excursions, presentations of creative writing, Folklore Festival, family shows, sports activities…And much more!
El Big day is the Thursday 23 of April of 2026 And there will be activities from early morning, with a stall of free books and workshops in the Library, mass, procession and car parade, plus Dance party ’s relationship with the Grup Folkloric Sant Jordi de ses Salines and tasting of wine and 'orelletes'. There will also be musical vermouth, live music, the choral performance Dancing Queen and Ibiza Comedy Band.
