The auditorium Caló de s'Oli Cala de Bou hosts the fourth edition of the Flemish Days of San José, an already consolidated event that brings us to the island some of the great artists of the genre, as well as young artists who represent the future of flamenco. All of them will play more classical pieces and other more contemporary ones.
The conference is held from Friday, June 27 to Sunday, July 6, 2025, extending its duration this year to offer greater variety and artistic quality.
IV Flamenco Days Program
-Friday, June 27 – Flamenco Suite
In charge of the students of the Antonio Ruiz Soler Professional Dance Conservatory (Seville), with a vibrant display of tarantos, caracoles and bulerías.
-Thursday, July 4th – Presentation of the album “Mar de invierno”
The Ibizan guitarist Antonio Muñoz fuses flamenco with jazz and local melodies, accompanied by Sandra Zarcos, Azahara Muñoz and Luis Amador.
-Friday, July 5 – Conference and concert
The flamencologist Antonio Manuel Rodriguez offers the talk “Flamenco: Archaeology of Lo Jondo”, followed by a performance by the Valencian group Red Queen with his show “One Heart”.
-Saturday, July 6 – Masterclass and grand closing
Flamenco dance masterclass with Barbara Gordaliza (prior registration required at cultura@santjosep.org) and closing show with the flamenco dancer Alejandro Rodriguez, accompanied by Pau Vallés (guitar), Manuel Pajares and Tremendito son (sing).
