The auditorium of Caló de s'Oli in Cala de Bou is filled with passion and flamenco tradition with the celebration of the Flamenco Day, a cultural manifestation that was declared Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO on November 16, 2010.
The San José City Council in collaboration with the Are-T Dance School has prepared two days of flamenco shows on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 November 2023.
El Saturday 18 2023 November at 20 hours you can enjoy the show”Flamenco: From Your Hand I Go” with the stellar performance of Manuel Marquez de Manrique, professor of flamenco singing, vocal technique and guitar at the Rafael Orozco Superior Conservatory of Music in Córdoba. He will be accompanied by Eduardo Mendoza on the guitar and the dancer Dalia Sánchez. At the end of the show the school from the last year of the academy Are-T.
El Sunday 19 November 2023 at 11:30 hours school flamenco Are-T will offer various performances full of authenticity and emotion to commemorate International Flamenco Day. In addition, there will also be a show and colloquium with the students of the Academy in the outdoor auditorium of Caló de s'Oli.
Both days are with free entry.
