El Badia de Portmany Festival celebrates its second edition this summer 2022 offering you a great musical program, again in the auditorium Caló de s'Oli, facing the sea in Cala de Bou.
The event is organized with the collaboration of Fun & Trucks, the vans with delicious gastronomic proposals from all over the world and at sunset and aims, in addition to offering a stimulating cultural and musical program in summer, to raise awareness of the importance of protection of the natural environment and biodiversity. For this reason, at all the concerts there will be a Salvem Sa Badia stop where you can find out about their initiatives.
El Saturday 9 2022 July coinciding with the Festival of Music, performs O'Funk'illo, Sevillian group that defines its sound as “funky Andalusian embrutessío”, with lively songs that combine funk, metal, reggae or flamenco.
El Saturday 16 2022 July the Ibizan group performs Pascual Hostel, as well as the domingo 17 de julio, the interior stage hosts the staging 'Our Sea', which mixes dance, photography, poetry and documentary to make us reflect on the migrant crisis in the Mediterranean.
The Murcian musician Pascual Cantero, better known as I bite, act the Saturday 23 of July with one of his direct animations.
The Ibizan group Sonic, formed by veterans of other rock bands on the island such as Pota Lait, performs on Saturday June 30.
The local band The Space Bugs, led by guitarist Cristina Sainz and vocalist Pablo Kiaro, with their distorted hard rock versions, perform the Saturday August 6 2022.
Veteran Mo Brandy's, a member of the London group Incognito, presents his new line-up in Ibiza, kamobii, a duo that is completed with the singer and guitarist B. Munro, the Saturday August 13.
The following week an Ibizan artist or group performs yet to be announced, and the following weekend there will be no programming because it coincides with the San Agustín Festival.
Angela Cervantes, one of the best known Ibizan voices and with a recently released album dedicated to the figure of Sylvia Rexach, will give a concert on Saturday 3 of September.
And the festival concludes this year in style with the performance of Amparo Sánchez, Amparanoia,with its irresistible and happy multicultural and mestizo sound the Saturday, September 0, 10.
All performances are free and they are at 21 hours.
