El Consell de Ibiza, through its Department of Education, Heritage, Culture and Youth, organizes the tenth edition of the Tanit Nits Festival, the cultural and musical cycle that is already a classic and brings great national and international artists to the island every summer.
The cycle this 2024 debuts for the first time with a new discipline: the Opera, offering us specifically the opportunity to enjoy one of the best known: “Tosca”, de Giacomo Puccini. There was also another concert planned with the group L'Arannà, but it has finally been cancelled.
Regarding “Tosca”, it is a semi-staged version adapted for piano by Notes & Words and is organized on the occasion of the centenary of Puccini's death. The performance lasts 105 minutes.
The representation can be seen on 30 Friday and 31 Saturday 2024 August at 22:00 hours. The doors open at 20: 30 hours, Please note that once the show starts you will not be able to enter.
As always, the Nits de Tanit concerts are in the enclosure outside the UIB in Ibiza, where the building of the old Military Command, in calle del Calvario 1, in Ibiza town.
