Winter in Ibiza sounds special again with the new concert season of OpenLab in the historical Pereyra Theater...one of the most elegant and beloved venues on the island. And this time with a very special guest: New wave, the celebrated French collective that has conquered the world by reinterpreting classics of post-punk and new wave, From The Clash to Joy Division, The Cure or Depeche Mode, through their unmistakable universe of bossa nova, cinematic smoothness and timeless elegance.
The date marks a milestone: 19 December 2025 Friday, Nouvelle Vague's first live performance in Ibiza, also celebrating the 20 years since their acclaimed debut albumThe one who redefined how great anthems could be reborn from new soundscapes. The lineup is completed by Phoebe Killdeer & The ShiftA regular collaborator on the project, she is known for her magnetic vocal presence and her work with eighteen different musicians on the European alternative scene. Her live performance is a vibrant mix of experimentation, spoken word and electric atmospheres.
And the night doesn't end there: from midnight until 03:00 a.m., the Cafe Pereyra welcomes a GUTS DJ Set, a key figure in global music, collector of soul, African funk and rarities that have shaped generations. Their sessions are a pure cultural journey and always an event.
