An exceptional musical performance arrives at the cultural epicenter of this winter season, the emblematic Pereyra Theater, where we will be able to enjoy a concert by the saxophonist Nathan Haines with The Illusions.
Originally from New Zealand and famous throughout the world, Nathan Haines is renowned for his ability to combine jazz, funk and soul with elements of electronic music, creating a distinctive and contemporary sound.
Over a career spanning more than three decades, he has released 10 studio albums and worked with artists including Damon Albarn, Marlena Shaw and Chaos in the CBD. Haines has been awarded the Jazz Album of the Year award several times, establishing himself as an innovator within the global jazz and electronic scene. His most notable albums include “Shift Left” (1994), considered an acid jazz classic, and “Squire for Hire” (2003), which explores the connection between jazz and house.
