Dorado Live Shows celebrates Womance, her summer 2023 session dedicated to women artists, a session vindicating how hard the music industry has historically been for women. The event is led by the Madrid group Hinds.
Originally called Deers (“deer”), Hinds (“deer”) changed their name to avoid confusion with a Canadian group of the same name and was founded in 2011 by Carlotta Cosials (voice, guitar) and Ana Garcia Perrote (voice, guitar), although he soon incorporated Ade Martin (bass) and Amber Grimbergen (drums).
His style can be classified between indie, pop, rock, punk, surf, lo-fi and garagethey squander attitude and energy on stage and are famous for songs like “Good Bad Times”, “Bamboo” or “Riding Solo”.
The night will feature a performance by the Barcelona singer-songwriter Lala Hayden as an opening act, who has just released an EP with a quintet of songs called 'Girl Becomes'.
As always, the concert is held in the multifunctional space Venice Bay in Cala de Bou, located between the hotels Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel y Grand Paradiso on Thursday August 3 2023 from 20 hours.
