Palladium Hotel Group consolidates its commitment to positive impact through Palladium Cares, the platform that encompasses your initiatives Corporate Social Responsibility. On its second anniversary, the company presents important advances and novelties, among them the arrival in Ibiza of its Training Centers, after its implementation in America.
This training project, in collaboration with Caritas, will allow more than 45 people in vulnerable situations to access training in jobs with work experience at the end of the tourist season. Ibiza thus becomes the first European location for this initiative, which has already been successfully implemented in Jamaica, Mexico, and Brazil.
Palladium Cares structures its action on four pillars: Our People, Our Community, Our Planet and the new Our Company, focused on responsible governance, regulatory compliance and sustainability as a structural axis.
Among the most notable achievements of the last year is the global project “4 Causes 4 Quarters,” which has already mobilized nearly 2.000 volunteers in Europe, totaling more than 8.000 hours of collaboration with NGOs and benefiting more than 4.000 people. It has also promoted corporate volunteering, scholarship programs for employees' children, and new tools to reduce food waste in hotels.
In the environmental field, projects such as Soap for Hope and Linens for Life, which promote the circular economy and benefit vulnerable communities. In addition, progress is being made in the sea turtle conservation in Brazil and Mexico, and a has been opened agricultural center in Punta Cana which integrates sustainability and community training.
