Palladium Hotel Group has concluded the 2023 summer season with very positive closing figures in its hotels in the Balearic Islands, and anticipates similar results this fall and winter in its establishments in Tenerife, Costa del Sol, Madrid, Valencia and the Caribbean.
Specifically, the Palladium Hotel Group hotels in the Balearic Islands have registered a 85% occupancy between July and September 2023a RevPar increase of 6% compared to the same period of the previous year.
This very positive evolution is due to several factors, highlighting the important investments undertaken for the reform and renovation of its hotels and its unwavering commitment to quality.
In the words of Sergio Zertuche, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of Palladium Hotel Group, “Last year was an exciting season, starring the opening of new hotels in Spain: TRS Ibiza Hotel and Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. This year we have maintained our commitment to continue offering the best service to our clients, continuing with the renovations and improvements in resorts located in destinations as iconic for us as Riviera Maya or Ibiza.”
The first hotel to conclude the season in Ibiza was Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel on October 15, which was followed on October 22 BLESS Hotel Ibiza, which closed a great season with the restaurant Etxeko by Martin Berasategui, which experienced its first summer as a Michelin Star. After them, they closed on Friday, October 28 Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga, TRS Ibiza Hotel, Palladium Hotel Palmyra y Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa. On the 31st it closed Agroturismo Sa Talaia and, a few days later, Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa.
In 2024, renovation projects will be added to hotels in Mexico and Punta Cana, key destinations for the group.
