The San Antonio City Council has opened a line of housing rental aid for young people residents in the municipality, for which it allocates 20.000 Euros.
The subsidy that can be applied for is 25% of the monthly installments presented correctly, based on the average of the last 12 monthly payments prior to the call, with a maximum amount of 1.800 euros per beneficiary.
Among the requirements are: to have between 18 and 30 yearsThis registered in the municipality for at least 1 year, be the Contract holder rent, be up to date with payments, that the rental of the house does not exceed 1.600 euros, nor does the income of the cohabitation unit exceed 33.600 euros.
Also, if you apply for help you cannot own another home or be related to your landlord.
The grant application deadline is September 19 to October 2, 2025.
