Bless Hotel Ibiza, the exceptional establishment of the Ibizan company Palladium Hotel Group en Cala Nova, has received the maximum five star rating in the prestigious Star Awards 2022 who grants the publication Forbes Travel Guide.
The winners of this year's edition of the Star Awards are 323 five-star hotels in nine destinations different, in addition to 558 four-star and 401 recommended hotels around the world.
Forbes Travel Guide selects the winners by sending their undercover inspectors to the establishments, where they spend three days and two nights posing as normal guests and rigorously testing up to 900 quality standards, which include from the decoration or services of the hotel to the friendliness of the staff. In this way the 75% of the hotel's rating is based on service, and 25% on the quality of its facilities.
