Etxeko Ibiza by Martín Berasategui, the restaurant that brings together the culinary talent of Matín Berasategui, one of the best chefs in our country, has been awarded a Michelin Star, the third that the island has.
After having received a Sun Repsol last year, this exceptional restaurant, guided by the chef paco budia and with Hector Suarez As head of the room, he received the prestigious award at the Michelin Guide gala held in Toledo on November 22, 2022. Budia himself collected the award together with his mentor, Martín Berasategui, with whom he has been working since he was 19 years old.
Located in the Bless Hotel Ibiza, in Cala Nova, Etxeko Ibiza is one of the great gastronomic temples on the island with a culinary proposal based on Basque cuisine from an innovative perspective and with a Mediterranean touch derived from the use of local products of the highest quality.
