The innovative recipe Smoky Paprika Chips de SALT OF IBIZA, brand belonging to Dried Fruits Ibiza, has been awarded the Gold Award across SFA Sofi Awards 2024 of New York, within the category of 'Chips, Pretzels, Rice Cakes & Salty Snacks'.
The prestigious SFA Sofi Awards, organized by the Specialty Food Association (SFA), have celebrated this year their Edition 52 and, as pointed out Saul Madrid CEO of Frutos Secos Ibiza, “obtaining a Sofi Award is not only a seal of quality, but also an open door to greater commercial opportunities and visibility in the market.”
The gala, held on June 24, 2024 during the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York, was presented by Kristen Kish, renowned Top Chef chef. In the awards, with 48 different categories, products are evaluated through blind tastings by a jury made up of food experts, buyers, journalists and influencers.
The award reinforces the quality, creativity and constant search for innovation that characterize this emblematic Ibizan brand.
'Smoky Paprika Chips' is a tasty and groundbreaking recipe for crispy potatoes seasoned with smoked La Vera paprika that was launched on the market in 2023, completing the brand's range of irresistible French fries: 'A la Flor de SAL de IBIZA', 'White Truffle' , 'Salt & Vinegar' and 'La Vie en Rose', with rose petals.
