Palladium Hotel Group has been a finalist in the Lean Diamond Awards, held in Brussels on June 8, 2022, organized by the consulting and auditing firm PwC In collaboration with Lean Analytics Association and Cranfield University to recognize organizations that have successfully implemented this methodology.
Palladium Hotel Group is the only hotel company among the ten finalists chosen from a large number of international companies that have submitted their application.
During the Lean Diamonds Awards ceremony, each finalist company presented its business cases, in the case of Palladium Hotel Group, the person in charge of it was José Hernández, Global Director of Brand Delivery & Process Improvement of the group.
Palladium Hotel Group is the first Spanish hotel company with an international presence to apply the Lean method in all its establishments, which implies a improvement in processes and an increase in value for the client, optimizing procedures and improving results to maintain a constant level of high quality, framed in its firm commitment to excellence.
Raul Benedict, Chief Operating Officer of Palladium Hotel Group has highlighted that “Lean is a work philosophy that has people as the architects of change, tests the results and improves operating procedures and daily practices, in such a way that the best processes are consolidated globally, improving results and customer satisfaction and the collaborator”.
The company's senior management promoted the implementation of this methodology in 2018, and after verifying its good results, it has been incorporated into all the company's hotels, processes and products.
