We Are Facefood gathers 9 Michelin Stars in Atzaró for the great gastronomic event of the year in Ibiza

The fourth edition of We Are FaceFood was a success for the organization and the public and made us enjoy the most select gastronomy of Ibiza

We Are Face Food, great gastronomic event Which is held in Agroturismo Atzaró Ibiza as a prelude to the summer season, he returned to delight us with a fourth edition that shined like never before.

And the fact is that, after the break due to the pandemic that prevented the event from being held last year, there was a great desire to meet again in the beautiful gardens of Atzaró to enjoy the best gastronomic products, the talent of great chefs and prestigious restaurateurs and the brand quality and solvency recognized in the Horeca sector (hotels, restaurants and catering).

Thus, one more year and despite the fact that the weather was not as spectacular as in past editions, the event organized by Face Food Mag it was all a public success, with the entire restaurant sector happy to be able to meet again, to return to strengthen ties and generate new and stimulating networking or incorporate new and delicious products in their menus.

>From 11 a.m. until late in the afternoon, attendees were able to enjoy a wide variety of activities such as conferences, workshops and demonstrations, all starring great experts from the gastronomic sector, such as the chef Alvaro Sanzthe gastronomic specialist Susana Nieto or the marketing expert Stephen Capdevila. Speakers of authentic luxury that added up in total nine Michelin Stars and fourteen Suns from the Repsol Guide.

In addition, Óscar Molina, winner of a estrella Michelin for your restaurant La Gaia, made an exciting showcooking in front of the Atzaró pool that no one wanted to miss. The chef prepared various preparations of tuna from the prestigious Balfegó brand accompanied by the chefs Antonio D´https://welcometoibiza.com/wp-content/uploads/menores-gratis-bus-ibiza-welcometoibiza-5.jpgo and Ekaitz Apraiz, with a background performance of Swingin' Tonic and The Blue Kids. It was one of the high points of a meeting in which smiles and the joy of reunions were lavished.

An incomparable day in which we were able to enjoy walking among the almost forty stands of brands of the highest level that showed their products, including machinery for the hotel industry with brands such as Josper, the design tableware of Klimer and, of course, the most delicate and exquisite gastronomic products.

There was a significant presence this year of brands related to seafood, such as delicate fish and shellfish from Consuelo Pardalet, the exquisite tuna from Balfego, the sea bass aquanaria whose excellent texture we tried in sashimi and ceviche, king crab from arctic crab perfect protagonist of a curry, the tasty oysters of Oyster Ibiza or even a stand where you can try the marine plankton.

Among many other gastronomic wonders, we also tried the broths of Wine & Co with the careful explanations of their sommeliers, the incredible olive spherifications of caviaroli, sublime liqueurs of Bedrinks, the tasty and traditional hams of Castro and Gonzalez, the asian morsels of WanRun, the new sparkling wine for the aperitif of Moët Hennessy or the gourmet products of Menhegello brothers. Not forgetting, of course, the stall dedicated to Ibizan products from Sabors d'Eivissa. And to lose so much bite a little, many wanted to pedal for a while on a fun stationary bike what was it for to prepare mixes.

With an organization, as always, exceptional, the fourth edition of We Are FaceFood was a authentic party, an unforgettable day in which to enjoy and share the enormous passion and talent that define the gastronomy of Ibiza.
