At the end of one of the most beautiful beaches in Santa Eulalia, Cala Nova, you will run into Bar Can Colomaret, one of the few chiringuitos de Ibiza that has managed to maintain its essence since I opened almost 40 years ago.

How to get to
From Santa Eulalia, take the signs that take you to the town of San Carlos and, from there, head towards Cala Leña - Cala Nova. This is the most direct option, but you can also go from the Es Canar area towards Cala Nova.
