Located in the facilities of Ibiza Gran Hotel, a completely privileged environment, Zuma Ibiza has opened its restaurant under the concept “pop up”, that is, for a limited time, specifically for this summer 2022.
The terrace of the accommodation, with some Spectacular views of the marina and Dalt Vila, It has been conceived to highlight the strength of the four elements: earth, fire, air and water. In the center, an elegant sushi bar and open kitchen are the perfect showcase to showcase the culinary spectacle that surrounds each of its dishes.
Zuma Ibiza is one of the greatest exponents of the contemporary Japanese cuisine. A restaurant where izakaya Concept, of the classic Japanese bar, is always present.

Recommendation
The giant tiger prawn with yuzu kosho, the spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chilli and sweet soy or the marinated black cod wrapped in a leaf are not to be missed. For dessert, ask for the chef's selection of signature desserts served with seasonal and exotic fruits, ice cream and sorbets. Among their cocktails we prefer the Zuma Paloma and the Ozaka Spritz.
