If you are passionate about Ibizan cuisine, or good food in general, you are interested in this. The Consell de Ibiza, through the departments of Tourism and Rural and Marine Affairs, organizes a Sofrit Pagès courseWithin the program Festivities of Santa Inés de Corona.
With it, you will learn to make a sofrit pagès of licking your fingers, with your lamb, sobrasada, botifarró, red potato, chicken and garlic. The course is taught by two renowned chefs as José Miguel Bonet and Miquel Bonet, the Es Ventall restaurant.
The course is the 20 January 2020 MondayIn hours 19 to 21 hours. Due to the high demand for registrations, the location has been changed, which was initially to be in the Social Center of Santa Inés, to the Municipal carp installed in the corona parking.
