The Diario de Ibiza Club presents “Self-portraits”, an exhibition of canvases by Willie Márquez that you can visit from July 17 to 25, 2019
El Daily Club Ibiza hosts the exhibition “Self-portraits”, by the artist from Jerez settled in Ibiza Willie Márquez in which he reflects with that abstract style so characteristic the thoughts, memories and feelings that bubble in his head.
The exhibition is curated by Alejandra Navarro and consists of 14 canvases, the majority of large size, and made through mixed media, using graphite, pastel, oil and ink, and with an important presence of calligraphy in their compositions.
In addition, it also shows the “Filferro” sculpture, A series of jewelry designed by the artist for the Majoral firm and even a crockery decorated with his calligraphy.
