The beautiful restaurant Aubergine Ibiza, located between Santa Gertudis and San Miguel in a charming enclave that oozes the best essences of the Ibizan countryside, presents a new exposure starring the Italian artist living on the island Simona Marziani.
Marziani, a well-loved artist in Ibiza, will show her work at the exhibition “Whispers”.
Born in Milan, Simona Marziani studied Illustration at the European Institute of Design, after which she specialised in illustrations and children's books. She worked as a freelancer for several years, alternating her illustrations with murals and commissioned works. Since 1997 she has lived in Ibiza, where she regularly exhibits.
His paintings transport us to a dream universe that invites us to disconnect from the material world. Using various techniques, materials, textures and pigments, Marziani creates images that seem to emanate from primordial depths, inspired by Asian motifs resulting from his numerous trips to remote cultures, and in which his constant interest in representing the body, its beauty and connection with nature.
