Sa Capella Ibiza, the beautiful restaurant of Mambo Group located in the hills of San Antonio, reopens its doors after the winter break on Saturday 23 March of 2024.
This unique establishment offers a high-level gastronomic experience with top quality products and delicious Mediterranean dishes in a Relaxed atmosphere and a magical location. His menu features dishes such as carpaccio of serving, wild sea bass, Ibizan lobster, Australian Wagyu or Nebraska Lomo Bajo.
The restaurant is located in a old chapel from the 16th century, which was never consecrated, erected in a cross-shaped plan, and which has a central nave and six small chapels, a unique setting that welcomes its diners with a careful musical selection and with a suggestive fresh rosemary aroma freshly burned
Also has 'Matter and spirit', an imposing carving in centenary olive tree by the Ibizan sculptor ant, which represents a male and a female figure, presiding over its main altar.
Sa Capella opens for dinner every night from the 19 hours during the season of summer. Of course, keep in mind that during the month of April that Monday and Tuesday is closed.
