El San Antonio Yacht Club organizes XXII edition of the Day of the Canoe, with a non-competitive route through the Bay of San Antonio, with departure and arrival from the CNSA.
As always, the activity is included within the schedule of Festivals of Sant Bartomeu, and this year it was celebrated on Saturday, September 2, 2022 at 10 hours, but due to the bad weather forecast has been postponed to Saturday, September 9, 2023 at the same time. Please note that registration and controls are 9 to 9: 30 hours, the boarding of canoes from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and the route itself is done between approximately 10:30 a.m. and 13 p.m.
The Day of the Canoe is a fun sports day at sea designed to delight lovers of canoeing in Ibiza, or all those who want to have a great time enjoying the sea, exercise and the outdoors.
It is not a competition, but a group tour by the Bay. And fear not, you do not need to be a kayaks crack, to participate, you just have to be over 12 years old and know how to swim. Of course, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do not forget to take equipment suitable (swimsuit, lycra or t-shirt, shorts, rubber or neoprene shoes or boots, sun protection and cap), as well as spare clothes, towel, water and lunch.
