Hostel la Torre Ibiza, one of the most special locations on the island, joins barrafina, the London restaurant with a Michelin star, to Beat Hotel Ibiza already tequila Boss to present you an event full of flavor.
Is two evenings very special in which you can enjoy a dinner tasting menu and signature cocktails. A unique gastronomic offer, which will have five exquisite dishes cooked by Benjamin Wood, Nazrin Ibadova and Justnya Ata, the chefs of Barrafina.
Among the culinary proposals of these top-level chefs will be the Iberian pork with soy dressing, accompanied by piquillo peppers and white garlic sauce, a porcini omelet with black truffle alioli, fried aubergine with green mojo sauce, saffron and minced sautéed almonds, a courgette flower stuffed with cod brandade or grilled octopus with white beans and chorizo crumbs.
These two evenings are celebrated on Monday 26 and Tuesday 27 September 2022.
This tasting menu will also feature culinary proposals from the Hostal la Torre menu, which has a “Solete” from the Repsol Guide, devised by its executive chef Cristina Duenas Gledson, such as its Iberian ham croquettes, its crispy squid, its sea bass ceviche, its marinated chicken tzatziki or its tasty meats.
All this accompanied by cocktails made with the exquisite tequila Boss, such as the Paloma Pomelo, Margarita, Javier's Margarita, Jalisco Mule or Smoked Bloody Maria.
And as a background, the most magical sunset of the island.
