Sublimotion revolutionizes Ibiza once again with a new season that promises to surpass everything seen before. The most exclusive gastronomic show in the world, created by Paco Roncero (2 Michelin Stars) and Eduardo Gonzalesreleases Metagastronomy.
With only 12 diners per night, Sublimotion merges haute cuisine, technology, art and emotion on a multisensory journey of 3h. Every scene, every plate and every stage element are designed to activate the senses and connect the public with a story in constant transformation.
This year, the menu once again focuses on the seasonal product and most avant-garde techniques, with such surprising offerings as the “Kung Fu” taco with 5J Iberian ham, which defies the laws of gravity, or the dessert, which is painted live on the table.
El space, completely redesigned, incorporates a New video projection system, dynamic scenery and a futuristic staging, Highlighting the animation signed by the Swedish artist Fredrik Jonsson on the scene “Tokyo 2050".
