How to reach: Es Ventall has two different entrances. Head to San Antonio and, when you get to the famous egg roundabout, turn in the direction of Cala Salada. When you reach the height of 'Es verro' (the shouting peasant) turn left and then take the first street on the right. The other access is the one at Cervantes street number 22.

La ibis cuisine is the protagonist in this beautiful restaurant. In Es Ventall, tradition rules and that is why they have a wood stove that gives a special flavor to all its proposals.

Choose between the famous Bullit of peix, An original Tataki by Sirvia, Boneless pig trotters with Ibizan Norway lobster… And close a spectacular meal by trying one of their homemade desserts prepared with product of the land and Goat cheese cake from Ibiza.
The truth is that any option is good when José Miguel Boned, head chef, and his team are responsible for its preparation.

One of the best options when discovering Es Ventall is to try your tasting menu. For only 85 euros (drink aside) you can try more than ten dishes of his letter, the most representative.

All the products they serve come from the best distributors in Ibiza. They have their own family garden, where they get most of the vegetables they cook from. In addition, inside the premises they have a small garden with aromatic plants from which they extract rosemary, lavender or sage with which they season their dishes.

The walls of Es Ventall are also replete with tradition, as well as its sunroom and its patio, presided over by a beautiful centenarian fig tree Under which you can spend a most intimate evening. The restaurant has a capacity up to 100 people, so that you celebrate your events in the company of yours.
